This was the first stop we sat down in the grass being mindful of snakes and other critters. Cheyenne Mountain park used to be all ranch land until the government bought it. The topographic map still has this listed as active stables-corral.

Tried to get the sun in the right position for this one. Kinda got it, but it was such a great hike this was a great top off.

Kenosha Pass is such a spectacular place for a hike in the fall. The lower areas are less traveled and all you run into are mountain bikers.

Shot this on the way back from the lake. Amazing hike and one of the few I got to do this year.

Beautiful sunset I captured late on Cape Cod. I have such fond memories of this place as a child. As an adult it is even better.
