Location
The photo was taken in Denmark in summer time. It shows people jumping from the jumping platform placed a dozen meters from the shore. Those platforms are quite popular in Denmark.Time
It was around midday. Very sunny day almost without a clouds.Lighting
The light was harsh, because of sunny day and also time of the day (around midday). I had to put camera in right angle to avoid so many sun sparks in the water. I didn't use any filter.Equipment
Camera: Canon EOS 100D Settings: Aperture f/4?ISO 100?Shutter 1/400?Focal Length 50/1? Taken from hand. Shame i didn't have longer focal length like 85mm.Inspiration
I was taking a walk on the beach and i saw that guys jumping to the water. I thought it would be nice to catch the moment of the jump or moment when person is hitting the water to catch a splash. I've done several photos and to catch that moment.Editing
I had to balance a little bit with contrast and shadows. I've decided to do it in black and white to focus your attention on the moment and characters.In my camera bag
Now it's something new, I have now Canon RP. Beside that usually I'm taking all batteries I have, additional card. Sometimes it depends on the day I'm just taking one lens, sometimes few lenses.Feedback
You have to press the shutter button at the right moment, half second earlier or later it would be different moment in time and so different photo.
