Because of severe spinal injuries (courtesy of a drunk driver) I moved from the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania to SW Florida. NE PA is a Photographers Dream (as is SW Florida). Everywhere you turn there is a picture waiting to become part of your life. This scene unfolded one night at the lake on our property after we'd been out for a late summer swim. The colors are untouched. Despite having lived at my PA home for 5 years FT after the accident and PT 10 years before coupled with my parents having had a place up there most of my life; I'd never seen such a sunset. I'd heard of "Purple Rain." But never Purple Skies... A True Masterpiece...All I did was point and shoot...
