Self-portrait. What we do to the environment is what we are doing to ourselves in a much more direct way than it appears in the matter. We have a loving or non-loving attitude towards ourselves, and it is this attitude that is reflected in nature. Nature, water, our seas, do nothing but show us in macro what everyone is doing to himself. What we allow to be done at sea is what we allow it to be done to us, in a measure of love or dislike.
