Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photograph while in my bathroom as my two favorite ladies (my wife & daughter) in the world were taking a bubble bath. This was not the only photo I took, but this was the winner.

Time

This picture was taken in the evening after we had gone out for a walk.

Lighting

I did not do anything special with the lighting. I just used the available light from the bathroom light bulbs.

Equipment

I used a Lumix GH5 with a 12-60 mm lens.

Inspiration

I was inspired to take this photograph by the love I feel for both and also thought about my daughter getting older and looking at this picture to remember her mother and how special she was for her.

Editing

I did touch up the photo a little in Lightroom.

In my camera bag

All I have in my bag is my Lumix GH5 and my 12-60 mm lens. I have been taking photographs for a long time, but not a professional.

Feedback

The only advice that I can give someone is to photograph what you're passionate about. If you do that, most of the time you'll come out with something beautiful.
