Coming to Moab one of my goals was to capture the Milky Way. Using Photo Pills I determined that the Milky Way would be totally visible at 3:30 AM with the galactic circle visible. In April it is visible for only a short time with the moon rising at 4 AM. A beautiful clear night with no wind. So fortunate to get these shots the next day it was cloudy. Loved the Balance rock silhouetted against the glow of the moon.
