Hi Duane. You asked for feedback on your work and whilst I am no expert may I make an observation. This mono shot is good , sharp with punchy blacks. I have noticed a lot if your other stuff is a bit " muddy" lacking definition. You obviously have an eye for a picture not sure what is going wrong. You appear to shoot at F4 a lot. Try a higher aperture. Do you use auto exposure, aperture or shutter priority?
I tend to use aperture priority, centre weighted and expose off brightest part of image. I also use Photoshop to rescue dark or light areas.
