This is just one of 200 sea turtle that came ashore on Padre Island a couple of winters ago when I happened to be there for there release back into the Gulf of Mexico. I guess what happens that if the ocean water get to cold for them they come ashore for some reason, and people rescue them and when the time and weather are right the are release back into the waters.
