This is a beautiful driveway that I used to drive by frequently. After a bit of observation and planning I figured out the right lighting condition I needed to capture the photograph that I wanted to communicate how I emotionally felt about this beautiful place. One day the light was particularly beautiful and I set up and took a nice photograph.

Once I got home and started editing it I felt that colour didn't work for me to communicate the emotion I was looking to send to my viewers. I felt that I needed an abstract twist to pull my viewers into the photograph. I worked in photoshop to convert the colour photograph to an infrared interpretation of what I saw and felt. This technique worked perfectly to communicate the feelings I had when I took the photograph. I hope you agree and you like it too.
