This is the Eastern Black Swallowtail butterfly (Papilio polyxenes Asterius) female inspecting the abundant flowers at GardenFest in Stillwater, OK.
Also known as the Parsnip butterfly.
I think the flowers are Striped Petunias but if anyone knows the proper name of this flower, please let me know.
