This so majestic, wow. It's like out of a fairy tale. All you need is horns on the Ice Land beauties! :)

Location
I took this photo at Skogafoss Falls, Iceland.Time
It was mid morning.Lighting
It was a sunny with clouds morning, so it was fortunate that that clouds cut out the glare at the right time for me to get this photograph. I didn't have to do any post editing for the lighting.Equipment
I used my Canon 7D Mark ll with Canon EFS 18-138mm lens. No tripod, flash or filters used.Inspiration
I had come to Iceland for a week long visit to see, experience and photograph some of the beautiful sights. It was a very cold morning. I was in awe of the beauty of Skogafoss, but the ultimate touch was upon seeing these three stunning Iceland ponies galloping through the icy water towards where I was standing. I didn't have time to mess too much with settings. It was a quick reaction, once in a lifetime experience.Editing
I barely had to do any editing. All I did was a little sharpening. In my camera bag
I usually take a lens or two as well as the one already on my camera, hood, lens cleaning cloth and sometimes a filter. I also take spare memory cards and batteries.Feedback
Just be prepared for anything. The lighting can change quickly, also the subject you have chosen may have added features you would not have anticipated at the time you plan to do your photography. It is so frustrating to see the perfect photo opportunity and not have the lens, filter you need for that moment because you didn't pack them. I have also become more disciplined on bringing my tripod with me. Something I was slack with and missed out on many photos or just didn't get the quality I could have had I had a tripod.
