A pair of young Himalayan Ibex indulge in a mock fight on a cold, winter day at Kibber wildlife sanctuary in India. Ibex are wild goats that live in the mountainous regions of north India. Both male and female ibex have very long horns, which are used for territorial defense and sexual selection. The young males usually do a mock-fight to establish dominance. I was lucky to have witnessed and photographed this behavioral aspect of Ibexes.
