Location
I shot this in my garden in a village called Bispgården in the middle of SwedenTime
In the afternoon on a cloudy summer day.Lighting
This is mostly ambient light, but I used o soft powered flashEquipment
Nikon D7100 and a sigma 150- 600 mm. I used a meiki flashInspiration
I love to see squirrels standing in a split. The position is amazing. Beside that I love flowers. My garden has lupines as weed. It is growing evry where. Still is it not easy to find two flowers of the same length and color. Sometimes with 1 climb in a lupine flower, it can be so damaged that I need to have fresh flowers.Editing
Nothing was needed. I cut this till a square. I have it in a vertical. that one I will upload, because it gives a total other shot.In my camera bag
remote, cleaning gear, extra memory, tripod, batteri.Feedback
Flowers will not hold the weight and I use small wires in the top to keep them in place. also I put most of the time a tree pin in the stem to make it stronger. I hang food in the air, in between and in front of the flowers. The work with wild animals is that I invest alot of time to get contact with them so they are not afraid of my noise
