Key Factors for Bird Photography in Flight:
1) Auto-Focus Mode in AI Servo(Canon) - AF C (Nikon) - To track the subject continiously.
2) High Shutter Speed
3) Shallow Depth of Field - Lowest F number (F-2.8) I have used in this case.
4) Spot Metering - Metered at -0.5
5) High Focal Length Lens - In this case, I have used 200mm on Canon 7D. Crop factor equivalent approx 350mm.
