Photo of the Oresund bridge taken from one of the Malmoe beaches , Sweden. I am self taught photographer , so every shoot is pretty much a new lesson for me .Time
This is one of the images that is for sure took some impact on my photography career . This was taken on April 3, 2017 at 6.41 pmLighting
Lighting for this image was all natural with ISO set on 100 and exposure time of 1/400secEquipment
This was shoot on Canon 1200D , with an Tamron AF 70-300mm f 4-5.6 mounted on tripod. No other equipment was involved .Inspiration
Few days before I shoot this photo I was at the same location ridding bike with my kids and sunset was almost indentical so i said to them it will be great to capture sunset like this .Few days later I remember jumping on my bike with tripod and camera bag on my back and cycling few miles after seeing sunset sky from my balcony.Editing
Usually landscape photography requires a lot of proccesing. In this particular case , I was lucky enough to make a perfect shoot so post-processing was not needed. It was only converted to jpg from raw .In my camera bag
The first thing that I always pack is my Canon 5D Mark II body and Canon EF 70-200 mm 1:4 L USM which became my favorite piece of kit . I then pack Tamron AF 70-300 mm tele-macro lens 1;4-5.6 , Canon EF 28-105mm 1:3,5-4;5 , Canon EF 50mm 1;1.8, and my ESDDI tripod which is always attached to bagFeedback
Look for interesting places where you might not only be able to see the sun track all the way down but where there will be opportunities for shots that include foreground elements and silhouettes. Sunsets only take half an hour or so, so you want to think about these elements before they start or you might miss the shots you’re after.
