Kessler Peak After Dark

Shot in April 2017, it was the start of the Milky Way horizon season and the last shots of the night. A 27 shot 3 row panorama. It takes 3 rows to capture the foreground when the galaxy is high in the sky. I have a 9 shot one row galaxy panorama of this area but the detail in the galaxy was minimal due to the lights and pollution on the horizon. For this pano, I did some light painting on the foreground to get detail. You can also see a tripod shooting time lapse over the South. I should have a video up by the end of summer.
