After Mastoid surgery 10 days ago, I am unable to keep up my running for a while. The 1st week I didn't feel able to leave the house but I craved the outdoors - With help I got out for a couple of walks this week and the stunning beauty of the 'coldest week of winter' just brought me back to life, I feel so invigorated & empowered now to get better & drive my life in positive directions.
