I love the winter olympics. Each olympic season I try to get a piece of the official Olympic Clothing and support my countries athletes in their competitions for Gold, Silver, or Bronze. I am so excited for Pyeong Chang and I cannot wait to watch, Pchiddy (Patrick Chan), Eric Radford, Meagan Duhamel, Scott Moir, and Tessa Vertue compete in the Figure Skating competitions and for Canada Womens and Mens hockey and curling get Gold once again. I am very patriotic when it comes to my country and I cannot wait to feel the spirit again. The last time the Winter games were one, I was watching on a plane to Vancouver and the people beside me actually tuned it and it was patriotism at its best. It was our country coming together as one and I am so glad that I got to experience such a thing in such a rare moment. And on a plane at that. We did not care that it was crowded, the two strangers beside me and I watched as the mens curling team competed for Gold and it was just us and the games. People around us no longer existed. It was magical.
