This is probably one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. I was able to capture the beauty of the city during a clear night without any clouds. I took advantage of the overnight shutdown of street lights which used to apply until 2017. The photo is a re-edited version. I applied a new post-processing workflow, which I developed myself after reading hundreds of blog posts, books and scientific papers. Understanding physical optics and limitations of software is a great starting point to deal with the challenges (flares, cars, street lamps, etc.) arising with such complex compositions. *hope you enjoy*
