This was taken last year on my second attempt at the famous reflection shot of Mount Taranaki. After the two hour climb, to my dismay the mountain was yet again covered by cloud. The only good thing was the sun beaming down, and the zero wind. But to my luck, the clouds completely vanished over time. This was taken during golden hour, with the last remaining clouds left before the sunset. My patience was certainly tested, but a rewarding outcome when you're over 1200 metres up in the air!
