Location
I take it at National Natural History Museum, at Chapultepec park, near the restaurant place. I was meeting a friend, that came from Ireland and I had offered myself to show him the place. I saw the squirrel looking around for food, seems that usually people don't chase her, because really ignored us passing by. I had my camera with me, I prepared it trying to not disturbing my companion. Also I couldn't run behind the shot, without my friend thought I had a child like behavior.Time
It was passed noon. Sun was in the highest point. We decided to go for lunch before to start the tour.Lighting
Day was cloudy. There was enough light, but also enough shadow so I didn't worry about Sun's glare or reflected light.Equipment
I started taking photos with the cellphone, I decided to buy semi-profesional camera when found I could get a nice shot of something small, further than 3 mts away, I have a Cannon SX720 HS, 40x optical. I prefered it because it is easy to carry anywhere, and you can take photos without getting to much attention over you.. I don't carry any tripod ever.Inspiration
I wanted to share photos with my friends over FACEBOOK. I want people to know the beauty we have in my country, Mexico. So I am always looking for flowers and birds when ever I'm going out to the street.I want people to help to protect the nature wherever we are.Editing
I always check for over exposure light, I look to have some black on it, so usually adjust contrast and shadows balance. However, I like to show nature photos without any mancrafted object on it. I could change the shape of the photo to emphasize it.In my camera bag
I carry some clothes to cover the camera for transportation, a lens I adapted for Macro photos with my cellphone, and a 2x lenses I use also with the cellphone and some times with the camera. It is useful as a finder.Feedback
You never know what you are gone a find and howmuch time you will have to take a photo. Be always prepared to take out your camera and shoot as much as you can.
