I created this as part of a series of portraits about going through depression and finding hope. I've been to different countries around the world while exploring and creating to make this into a book. This portrait is however from my hometown Stockholm in Sweden. I drove out of the city in to the woods in the middle of the winter, changed to my blue dress and took my shoes off (I'm always barefoot for these portraits).
