here is another one showing the storm as it tracked over the rail lines that go from Rosewood to Laidley. For a fast moving cell it seem to be a pretty impressive system as it charged forward dumping heavy rain with a big question mark on weather or not it contained hail or not. Lightning seemed mainly contained to the tail end at this stage and the leading edge had decent outflow winds which are expected from a system like this. All in all it was a fast and fun chase and at times they can be the best ones. Best of all I was able to stay beside it without ending up under it so I was never at risk of getting stuck in the core which is always a relief. Hopefully it filled some locals water tanks and wet some crops as it tracked along as well.
