The lighting for this photo was mix natural light, florescent light, and a Speedlight. The woman is a gal I know from attending the shows, she's always in a costume, and I always with my camera at the ready. The Speedlight gave her a face a lot of POP in this shot.Equipment

Normally, at events like this I'm rocking an all-in-one lens for the on-the-fly versatility when nabbing shots like this with no prep time. I'm also usually packing a telephoto lens with wider aperture for across the venue shots.Feedback
Anyone looking for something similar needs to consider the following: USE A FLASH/SPEEDLIGHT, and Make sure your subject is wearing makeup, this is key with all professional lighting rigs.
