This was shot in the morning on foggy day in Newport Oregon using the Sony CD1000. Original file was a 1024 x 768 jpeg. I adjusted it in LR and then since it had so little color decided to use Nik Software Color EFEX 4 to give it a look. I tried several attempts at B&W but then found this old fashioned preset that gave it an interesting look like an old magazine. After a few tweaks, this is the finished result.
