Some time ago I met a raw food eater: he only eats raw vegetables and fruits, no meat and fish or other food of animal origin. Nevertheless he sells good burgers, as he runs a small restaurant. Very nice guy. I am not keen to start a diet exclusively on raw food, but if I had to choose between them and insects, I would have no doubts: cockroaches will never come to my table as part of the menu.
