This is perhaps the best bird shot in your gallery....
I don't usually like bird shots but love this.
What lens are you using.?

Location
This Image was shot at the Thomson Causway Recreation Area near Thomson Illinois. This area is part of the Upper Mississippi River Wildlife and Fish Refuge.Time
Late Morning, It had been a gray cloudy day.Lighting
It was natural light but cloudy and the sun was behind me.Equipment
Nikon D7200 with a Tamron 150-600mm lensInspiration
I work this area on a regular basis! Opportunity for wild life shots is all about being out and shooting. The area runs along the Mississippi and is full of wildlife.Editing
The image is part of a larger shot. It was kind of funny all the ducks took off and I guess when a duck takes off in a hurry they all try to lighten the load. The few frames before I have all the ducks relieving them selves. I saw the 4 ducks all lined up so nice I cropped around them. The image was shot in raw format so there is always a process I do for working with raw images. In my camera bag
I carry a Nikon D500, and 2 D7200 all with battery grips. Tamron SP AF 10-24mm F/3.5-4.5 Di II LD, Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC USD, Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 DI USD, Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD, Tokina 100mm f/2.8 AT-X M100 AF Pro D, Nikon 50mm f/1.8G AF-S NIKKOR Lens, Nikon 180mm f/2.8D ED-IF AF NIKKOR. I aslo care 8 100X150 ND filters for Landscapes.Feedback
Get out and shoot! The only way your going to get great wild life shots is to go after them. I work the same area that I have seen animals some days I see a lot some days I don't see anything. The key is to put your self into situation to get the shot. Its also has been kind of a cause of mine lately. I teach a course and I am absolutely shocked by how many people don't know the basics of photography. They labor under the misconception that cameras and better cameras make the photographer. Its knowing what your shutter speed and aperture do and what a knowledge of how they work will do wonders for your photography. Photography is an art form, and a knowledge of composition and how people look at photography is a must. We live in a world saturated in photo's. What we need to come up with is a way to get people to stop and take a longer look.
