My wife and I were visiting Stockholm, Sweden and walked by a body of water on our way to shopping. There in the water we spotted this hand (and also a face) suspended in the water with no explanation of what it was, who did it, what it meant...nothing. We looked for twenty minutes for an identifying plaque or anything to help. Intriguing, no?
