"Magic Time" While out waterfall hunting, we were based camped near this amazing site, giving us many attempts at capturing it. The falls were in flood stage when we showed up, so we ventured elsewhere for a few days to return to find the river calmed back down. Normally I would have shot this in overcast light, but we had sunny skies. Only thing to do was shoot it in shadow light either early or late in the day. Turns out the sun stayed on this beautiful scene until the last, leaving the falls with a fantastic glow right before dark. Add a little fall color for framing, and put that one in the bank!
