This was taken on the Chemung River in Athens Pennsylvania. Near what is known as Tioga Point. It’s where 2 rivers meet The Chemung And Susquehanna rivers. This area has a rich Native American history. Tioga Point is where they would exit one River carry their canoes and enter the other.Time
