Monument Valley back in 2007. It was so hot that day you could see the heat radiating off the ground. Another place I would love to get back to & explore further. We did a private tour with a Navajo guide where we saw petroglyphs and she explained the significance of all the rock formations. We visited sacred sites and areas where hunting parties would meet up. I recommend anyone visiting here, spend the extra money for a private tour, you will not be disappointed.
