Simply left our jaws dropped

After going up the long butt-kicking switchbacks, we were rewarded with this breathtaking valley view. As the elevation was gained, the steepness of the valley got amplified, and this beautiful view simply left our jaws dropped. In spite of having a fair amount of chance of rain in the forecast, the weather held up quite nicely and let us enjoy the surroundings while we were continuing our journey.
