In my view one of the most elegant "classic jets". The North American Vigilante,
In this incarnation as RA-5C Vigilante. (Before that they were A-5 Vigilante). Designed in the 50's and to my knowledge the last of them were retired back in 1979.
This particular piece is part of an impressive collection on display at Castle Air Museum (former Castle AFB) near Atwater, California.
