I took this color photograph of the Goodyear Blimp Spirit Of Innovation at Gilbert Field in Winter Haven, Florida during the late afternoon of October 15, 2014. I was about two hundred yards away and outside the fence I was shooting through for this picture.The Goodyear Blimp Spirit Of Innovation has since been retired and her last broadcast was of the 89th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California on February 26, 2017. Though the Goodyear Blimp Spirit Of Innovation was only at Gilbert Field twice to my knowledge, it is sad to know that she will not return again.
