I got this adorable bear bonnet and just loved the idea of a little sleepy baby bear. I wanted to focus on the little details of his face that will be changing so quickly.Editing
This image required minimal editing. I did basic adjustments in lightroom, then some skin retouching in Photoshop but that's it! I love a simple clean newborn photo.In my camera bag

Find some soft beautiful light. I had baby placed on my travel posing bean bag and some fuzzy fabric over the top. I placed some rolled blankets under the fabric to prop him up a bit and give him some support.
