I think this is a Sharp Shinned Hawk. If you can ID it and I am wrong please let me know. He was sitting on a fence guarding a field Brussels Sprouts that was being harvested. I choose to display this in B&W to show off the detail of his feathers.

In black and white, I can't tell what type of hawk this is. Is the tail red? If so, it would be a red-tailed hawk, but you guess is also possible.
