This was a rare morning when we were able to utilize the golden early morning light and have something to photograph -most of the other early mornings there was rain which is typical fro this time of year during the Salmon run at Lake Clark National Park,Alaska in late August /early SeptemberEquipment

I went with a small group of photographers to Lake Clark National Park,Alaska specifically to try and photograph Alaskan Brown Bears catching Silver Salmon .We were there for 5 days and were successful on this day which was our 4 th day and second last one !Editing
Yes -i utilize Photoshop elements 15 and some minor cropping,sharpening and increased saturationIn my camera bag
On this trip to Alaska I had 3 camera bodies-canon 1dx,canon 7d Mk II and canon 5d Mk III.The lenses i had with me were a canon 500mm f/4 prime lens,a canon 200-400mm zoom lens,canon 24 -104 mm zoom lens and a 1.4 x extender.Idid not use a flash and take all my photos with this equipment hand held and did not include a tripod!Feedback
Just keep shooting away -you will always get 5-10 fantastic shots that stand out!
