I was enjoying one of the last warm summer days taking some pictures of bees and butterflies when all of a sudden I looked up and saw a hummingbird about 2 feet from my face. I snapped a photo or two and then thought if I wait for a while maybe I will be lucky and it will come back. Come back it did with a friend or two buzzing so close to my head I could hear the flapping of its wings. It was so magical and I felt blessed for the experience.
