Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on the Isle De Bandor off the coast of the South of France. It is not far offshore, but only reachable by sea. The island is a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary of beauty and serenity

Time

This shot was taken towards the end of the afternoon as the sun started to dip towars the horizon

Lighting

I am not a professional, and not very well versed with lighting in general. I do recognize beautiful light and will always try to use it to my advantage to bring more emotion or drama to the picture.

Equipment

I used and Iphone 7

Inspiration

The Island is so beautiful in itself that it's hard to resist admiring and celebrating its beauty. A photographer's wet dream!

Editing

The only post processing I did was simple color correction and lighting tweaks. I used Lightroom.

In my camera bag

Only my Iphone (11 now)

Feedback

Always be on the lookout, like a hunter ready to shoot. And as Henri Cartier-Bresson said, try to put in the same focus the head, the eye, and the heart.
