I captured this image while walking down the final steps towards Machu Picchu. After an incredible but difficult adventure along the Inca Trail I had finally reached the lost city. As the sun was rising the light formed these incredible rays through the mountain range. It was a perfectly timed moment as the bird dived parallel to the light rays.
