Behind The Lens

Location
This photo is taken just a 15 minute walk from my childhood home and is a small paradise with small lakes around a tallly treasured mountain that is called "Sulafjellet" The place is Fiskerstranda outside the town of Ålesund in Norway
Time
The picture is taken on a Saturday, I can remember and around at. 11:00
Lighting
The lighting conditions were good this day in winter when the sun is low and the shadows get deep and long almost all day
Equipment
Pretty amazing, but with lots of photo equipment one can strive to get the good picture, but sometimes it's not going to be that way. This picture is taken with my previous Samsung mobile phone S7 Edge. It's almost completely without editing and filtering, but sometimes it's just the way. The picture was pretty good without the big things. No tripod and no backlight
Inspiration
As I told earlier, this is my childhood lake and woodland. A few years ago, I decided to make such a timelapse movie from this place, recording a regular day every month for a whole year, then putting it together for a movie. While I'm doing this, there will be plenty of time to wait etc, so there was a lot of photography in this area.
Editing
No, nothing at all.
In my camera bag
When I'm on such trips as when I took this picture, I have a photocamera, tripod, movie camera and often extra lenses. Determines which photo / film assignment I am on. But usually my photo bag is full of things I may need! In this case the assignment was really film and timelapse, so the equipment became concrete to it!
Feedback
Difficult to give such advice, but when photographing in nature and the landscape, it's really important to be friends with the light. Perhaps thinking about what time of day is best and what equipment best suits exactly what you are going to take a picture of. Light, shadow and equipment have been mentioned, but perhaps the most important thing is a good eye for how it will look and a good stomach feeling about how this will be. Good luck..
