Behind The Lens

Location

On Safari in the Okavango Delta of Botswana

Time

It was early morning.

Lighting

I liked the way the light gave shine and texture to the coats of the red lechwe. I also liked the blur of the light on the tall grass waving in the wind.

Equipment

Canon PowerShot SX 40

Inspiration

The sheer beauty of these antelopes which are common only to aquatic areas. It was also the way they fixed their gaze on me, an intruder to their environment.

Editing

For this picture no.

In my camera bag

Three cameras and one extra lens.

Feedback

The early bird catches the shot.
