There are so many interesting aspects of this shot... love the pelican and the lens glare...trying to figure out the light at the end of the pier. A beautiful photograph!

It was a white plastic sheet that was draping down. I think it was there to block people from getting wet.

This looks very familiar. Is it Vidanta's Resort in the Riviera Maya? It is our favourite vacation spot. We visit is often. Great picture!
