Location
The photo was taken in a zoological park in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. As i used to travel this place often i always love to visit this park everytime.Time
It’s taken during the midday during summer.Lighting
The lighting here is a natural one. As the sunlight is exactly infront of the subject eyes it makes the look so fiery and the pic made more dramatic.Equipment
I have clicked this pic with my Canon 1100D with 55-250mm telephoto lens. No tripod and flash is used.Inspiration
I always wanted to shoot wildlife but due to some constraints i am not able to visit the natural habitat. So I usually go to this place where i get beautiful shots of animals and birds everytime. This is that one time where i got an attention from the leopard which is fiercely looking to catch a bird and i clicked that look in an instant.Editing
Yes i do some post processing. Even though everything looks fine in terms of lighting, the scene and the colors I want to make the pic more appealing so i made some fine tuning in terms of contrast and highlights. In my camera bag
In my bag i used to carry Canon camera with 18-55mm kit lens, 55-250mm telephoto zoom lens, 50mm prime lens, 90mm macro lens, 150-600mm contemporary lens, tripod, drone, filters, extra batteries, extra memory cards, action camera.Feedback
While you try to capture wildlife you need to have patience, you need to wait for the perfect moment. Just by seeing an animal and clicking that moment can’t make it appealing, may be if u wait sometime observing it’s moments you can get more interesting shot. Also make sure to click the pic in eye level as it makes it more interesting and appealing.
