Your flash is way too frontal and too close. Take the flash off your camera body. the light fall-off is too contrasting and doesn't "fill" the body of the subject. also, perhaps the subject is a little too front-on. Your could move your primary flash a little more overhead and soften it with an umbrella or the like. It's easier to get it RIC than post. Solid image though.
