He definitely deserves a little pause from time to time, after so many rehearsals, once the productions go public.
It's really hard work to lead such a big group of musicians and singers-dancers for life productions of about 2,5 hours, and still little lights of joy shine in his eyes :-)

Another reference for portraiture ... you have captured the eyes expression portraying the familiarity with the photographer, the white and the black are not too contrasting and the middle tones in the largest amount of the frame make it pleasant for watching ... and the plastic cup for a formaly wore man makes it funny.
