Location
I had just gone out for a walk around Great Shefford (West Berkshire, England) just as the light was fading.Time
It was taken on mid summers evening, when the light has a nice glowLighting
I was very lucky with the light as it was starting to rapidly decrease.Equipment
Taken with a Nikon D3300 with a 18-105 lens, It was taken handheld with just a deep breath and a squeeze of the trigger.Inspiration
I have seen sunset's in the past and thought I'd give it a go, it was lucky that I was in the right place at the right time. Luck, sometimes that's all it takes.Editing
I don't post process any of my photos, I just let the camera take the strain.......In my camera bag
Nikon D3300, 18-105 lens, 55-300 lens, lens wipes and blower, and a load of hotel room cards (always keep forgetting to give them back).Feedback
Use a tripod if you can, look for something interesting to blur in the foreground wear sunglasses, or turn the live view on on your camera. (don't look directly at the sun even even when it's setting). Low ISO, quick as you can shutter speed, small aperture, all this whilst the sun is nose diving into the horizon. Good luck.................
