This photo was taken in Peru on the Incan Trail on my four day journey to Machu Picchu.Time
It was taken at 12:00 pm.Lighting
Since the photo was taken at noon it made for rather terrible lighting so I had to be sure to expose it just right to capture the beautiful glacier capped mountain in the background.Equipment
This was taken with my iPhone 6s at the time. It was all I had with me on the tough trek through the Andes.Inspiration
My inspiration to take this photograph was the nature around me and most importantly the glacier capped mountain in the background known as sacred tears by the locals or Saint Veronica to most everyone else.Editing
I sure did. I used lightroom to tweak the exposure a little and create contrast between the blue sky and the mountains.In my camera bag
Normally I have my two dslr cameras with me. One being a canon t6 and the other a 77d. Typically for lenses I use a 55m-75m and a 75m-250m.Feedback
Just find what catches your eye and don’t neglect lines and depth. If you look hard enough or rather deep enough into your surroundings nature typically provides the perfect shot.
