This Ambon Scorpionfish (Pteroidichthys amboinensis) lives on the soft sediment slopes of Southeast Asia, here camouflage is the name of the game. This little fish, no bigger than a finger, exhibits perfect mimicry of algae on the sea floor, allowing for the surprise attack and staying hidden from predators.
