The myth behind these rocks has something to do with trolls who were trying to drag a ship ashore...they got caught by the sunrise and turned to rock. Reynisdrangar ranks as one of the top 10 non-tropical most beautiful beaches in the world.
This was actually from a scouting photo I took to entice my students to climb over some rocks to get to this view.
